5. Publicly Visible Information

Please note that your digital business card profile is designed to be public. Any information you choose to display on your digital card (such as phone numbers, email addresses, social media links, and biographies) will be visible to anyone who possesses your card URL or taps your NFC card.

6. Sinaya Event Photos

For Sinaya event-camera experiences, we may process event photos, recap email addresses, and limited-time recap access identifiers to deliver each attendee's roll and recap. We handle this information in line with the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

• What we use: Event photos, recap delivery email addresses, and recap access identifiers tied to a specific roll.
• Event use: Photos created through the Sinaya experience are used only to operate the Sinaya event experience, including saving, processing, revealing, and delivering your recap.
• Retention: Sinaya recap access stays live for up to 30 days after the recap reveal.
• Deletion requests: To request deletion of Sinaya recap media associated with your roll, email support@axess.now.

7. Data Security

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know.
